People bitching about my old blog have forced me to at least consider my options. Sorry there's nothing new to read here, but I need feedback on whether or not to go with a new blog provider.
Leave a comment, and let me know what you think.

I likes it.
Good to keep the old blog alive for memory sake and reference points for blackmail seekers.
cheers
Well, as a blogspot user myself, I can say it will work out just fine; however, (there's always a "however" i my posts, ever notice that?) you should check out Wordpress. I am starting to use that, and I am based out of that with Twenty Nine Inches too. You can do pages, so your whole old blog could be moved there, I think! Anyway.....justanother option to ruin an otherwise worthy plan of blog domination. Sorry! But some folks call me Wrench in the Works". What can I say? Ride On!
I also use the blogspot and find it to be nice. I never left a ton of comments on your old blog, but one of the reasons I stopped all together was that it got to be real confusing and difficult. Good Luck with the switch.
meh
I'm a blogger user and sometimes have trouble with my photos but I'm fairly new to this gig so it may just be me. Whatever you decide I'll keep reading, funny stuff.
I've used blogger for a few years and have been pleased. I also use it for some work blogs and again have never had an issue.

Dicky - If you wanna take Guitar Ted's advice and use a HOSTED Wordpress, I'll help.

Blogspot has always worked for me. I don't post as often or put anywhere near as much stuff on my posts but I've never had a problem with slow posting or diffucult commenting.
Been on blogger over 2 years now with no major issues. Pictures did act funny for a bit but started linking from Flickr with no problems (also let's me store photos online instead of the laptop). Changing your layout and colors/fonts using Safari isn't too easy (updates dont appear) but using Firefox is fine. I'd say give it a shot; you could flood the place with google adds and retire early.
I like blogspot. Pretty user friendly IMO. Never tried wordpress, though.
Welcome to the Hive. Would you like me to send you a carefully packaged shipment of snow for winter testing?
Oh, lose the 'word verification' step for comments please.
I think we'll see blogspot.com on the next sponosot appreciation post.
I got an error when trying to comment. Not a good sign:

We are afflicted with too many choices in our modern life. You can't even order a sandwich anymore without an exhaustive interview that may include your temperature preference for one of 27 squirt tubes o' flavor spreads to put on one of 7 types of bread.
In the name of sanity, I beg you dude, help us simplify our lives. Remove this choice from us. Return us to the freedom a dictatorship affords.
Hey Team Dicky.......The new blogspot.com site looks tits. I have been using blogspot.com and my only complaint is that my blog seems even less interesting than before. Maybe that's my problem and not blogspot.com's problem.
Well, thankfully I can see it without getting the big red hand. I usually have that problem at work with blogspot.
I like the black text on white. Also, your pictures, and logos really pop out better. Not to helpful, but I do like it better, and I do read your blog every day so I figured I would throw my $3.50 in.
I like the clean look and white B/G. Easier on the old eyeballs.
No matter where you post your words, I'll be reading them!

Sir Chico
What are you doing that makes your hand all red and enlarged while you're at work?
"Keep his PG-13?" Whose PG-13, I don't have one of those.
Anyways, I subscribed to this mofo, look forward to the new and improved.
Oh yeah, ride a Misfit this year, I want to be associated with fame and greatness.
I thought you were using blogger? Shows you how much I pay attention on what people are using.
I like the ease of use with blogger. The look of your blog is close enough to the previous version that you could make a pretty seamless transition I think.
I like this. Its what I use.
Dicky, I say yay to blogspot, I've had zero problems with my blog. The four people that read it say they like it and have had no problems.
Much better!!!!
big fan of blogger and they seem to keep adding bits to it... ez to post through email witch is nice if your doing any posts mobile...
the help is good too....
and your current comments is a pita!
i'm not really diggin' the pink text on a white background
Works for me. I've never left a coment on blog for the reasons mentioned above.
Only problem I have is that it never remembers my logon info. That's likely my networks problem, but it only happens on Blogger... I get sick of typing in my login info every time I post.
Hopefully this one will not get blocked at work...
Like Matt I never commented because it seemed weird. Also I never really had anything to say before. But can you make this blog be white text on a black background? It looks so un-team-dicky the way it is.
Also- Wordpress is swanky and customizable but a pain i the ass and maybe more expensive.
I use Blogspot and have had no read issues, but then I don't post nearly as much as TD. Hope to see you at the Short Track Series!

I just saw that I am in the "Daily Doses" category now on the prototype blog. I says switch ! Whoot ! Switch!
